Engine Replacement Update
Received an update on my 2nd engine replacement. I supplied an engine for them to replace that lost compression. They worked with the company to get another engine shipped to them to install. If you have a Mercedes Benz that needs an engine replaced, this is the company you NEED!! Very PROFESSIONAL, very KNOWLEDGEABLE, very HONEST!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Excellent Experience

Excellent Mercedes Service
I had to get some warranty work done on my Mercedes e350. I was recommended Premier Imports of Charlotte and they did not disappoint between Mr. Felix and their well experienced tech Seth they had me in and outta there in a couple days and that was cause I dropped the car off on a weekend Felix communicated with me very well and took care of all the work when it came to dealing with the warranty company. Very happy with the service definitely will be using Premier for all my automotive repair needs from now on. Thanks guys 🫡

Very professional, honest & straight forward. Fixed everything that was setting with car. It runs like the day that I bought it. I would not hesitate to return for future repairs.
