I had some concerns about my car’s dash display indicating that oil was low, this was confusing because I had another 3k miles to go before my scheduled oil change. I called service and spoke with Brooke Oakes who was courteous and professional. Brooke addressed my concerns and solved my issue, making for a great customer service experience.?

Service after the sale
My wife and I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson in November of 2022, our sales person Greg Thomas was magnificent! Not only did he deliver excellent customer service during the sales process, however it’s his follow up after the sale that has been masterful. He really makes us feel like he genuinely cares. Fort Mill Hyundai my vote for MVP is Greg Thomas!!

Yesterdays service appointment
Yesterday, April 17.2023, I brought my car to be serviced at Fort Mill Hyundai. Several people had arrived prior to opening time. Thomas Furey helped everyone very politely. He answered all my questions and gave me an update on my jobs completion. He is very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I always have a great service appointment.

The employees are friendly and efficient that check you in. The service department is fast. It took less then an hour for an oil change and tire rotation

7.5 mi check and wash
Easy to get last minute appt through the Blue Link app on a Saturday. Tom did a great job to ensure the inside protection was done along with the 7.5K mi check and still return same day. Our first experience with service and it was great!

Very easy to schedule a recall part repair, worked around my schedule, took the car and listened to my questions (radio had stopped working, I suspected a fuse, they checked, it was, they fixed that too!) and did the repairs quickly and professionally. Thank you to all at Fort Mill Hyundai!

Tom did a fantastic job getting me in even though they were fully booked. He seemed to care that my car was my only means of transportation and needed to find out why the check engine light was on. He got me in after lunch and I was on the road at 3:00 to pick my child up from school. Kudos to Tom!
