Excellent Vehicle Service Center!
Our appointment was scheduled easily and service was top notch. The young lady who scheduled us was friendly and professional! She dealt with our warranty company and demonstrated a great working knowledge of dealing with them. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner and we are completely satisfied. They are our new "Go To" service center for any future repairs or maintenance needs.

Excellent customer service !
Mr. Jason and his team are professional and provide great customer service! The facilities is very clean and well maintained. I was able to wait for my vehicle to be serviced with a short turnaround. Amber is awesome ! She was on a well deserved vacation and the guys were able to maintain…Amber you taught them well!

Great alternative to the dealership
Provide the same level of service as the dealer at a lower cost and much faster. Recently serviced my 2019 E300 4Matic.

Professional, Patient, Helpful and Kind
It is a sad testimony to our society to get so excited about receiving service that is excellent from individuals who are so professional, so patient, so helpful and so kind in the interactions. I'm in my mid-60's and have had numerous cars (different states) along with numerous mechanic interactions. They have by far been my best experience and for that I sincerely thank them all; Jason, Amber and the various mechanics.

I was very happy with my experience with Best Way Auto. Amber and Jason were very helpful. Even though my car was not able to be repaired, do to it’s age and the cost, they were all very honest to me! You cannot ask for more from a good mechanic Thant to be straightforward!
