Service/repair
I was involved in a car accident and was hit pretty hard. Fix Auto was able to get my car in their shop about 1 week later after my accident. They had my car for about 2 weeks and was estimated about a little over $11k worth of damage. They told me that everything would be looked over and whatever was broken would be repaired. When I got my car back from this shop, I was very disappointed because when I drove my car home, the head light that they replaced did not work, my seat settings/adjusters no longer worked, my passenger front window did not roll down, I had yellow paint on my windshield and on other parts of my car and my car is silver, I ended up getting a few tears in my leather seat from them doing repairs, my headliner was dirty with dark spots, and then to top it all off, my battery was totally dead. I had a battery that was in perfect condition before and was only 1 year old. I ended up contacting them and had to bring my car down tbere again for them to fix it. The bumper that was replaced has a huge gap between the other place and it has chip marks. 1 month later I was driving home with my kid and when I got home I noticed that there was a trail of fluid. Then there was 3 massive puddles of fluid. Well it was transmission fluid and fix auto did tow it to a transmission shop. It turned out to be the transmission fluid line which is a steel pipe and it was bent from the accident. I got an oil change done today only to find out that my dipstick is broken as well. I was without a car for 4 days and their lack of communication sucks. They need to be more precise and look into everything like they say they will. I do not trust this place and since they did an awful job , I wonder if things really are even put back together correctly. I am so concerned and I won't even know until something else goes wrong or if I were to get into another accident when they fixed my 4 airbags if they really were fixed or are they going to explode on me and kill me? Please do not waste your time here. They seem like they would take care of you, but the truth is that they don't give a crap and just want your money. They did a half-ass job. No wonder why they changed their name because they were bad before so they had to cover it up by changing their name hoping that people would think that it was a different shop.

Worst
This is not the place, you want to go for any car needs. They have zero customer service. They are not professional. They do not even answer your questions properly. All they care is "Money". They charged me unnecessarily, took more than 3 weeks to fix just a simple broken part and did not even fix that issues properly. My car came back all dirty and faulty.
Better choose another place. They are the worst. I wish there is an option to give the zero "Stars"

To worried about getting out of the office early.
My insurance set up an appointment for "as soon as possible as long as it was before 5". I showed up at 445. After I stood there for about 30 seconds the gentleman at the front desk eventually said "what's up?" without even making eye contact. I was then told its 5 o'clock and they were to busy to give me an estimatent. Not sure why they couldn't look at my car real quick since they knew I was coming. Was trying to get this set up before I deploy for a year the following Monday. They really messed up my schedule even more than it was by the accident. Their laziness made it so my wife has to figure this out after I leave. I would have set this up somewhere else had I known they didn't give a crap.

Completely dissatisfied!!
I recommended Riverside Auto to my daughter when her car was hit, not knowing that they had become "Fix Auto". So much went wrong after that I don't know where to start. They sublet the car out for mechanical repairs that was horribly done and required an extra trip to the dealership to fix. Then when she finally got it back there were several missing parts under the hood. We became alarmed so took it to the Honda dealer to have it thoroughly looked over, and they discovered additionally that almost ALL the clips holding on the front and rear bumpers were missing. My daughter called them today about that and they grudgingly agreed to fix since they are about to lose their Pemco business over this. All I can say is BEWARE - if you think you are dealing with the same quality that Riverside produced you will be sadly mistaken. They not only lost our business, I have quit recommending them to anyone else.

Incompetent
Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company in 7 years and I deal with various companies on a daily basis. I had to take my car back 4 times and they still could not get it right. I was lied to each time by the manager every time that I brought it back. I am now taking my car to another shop to get it repaired correctly. I would never recommend this dishonest shop to anyone. They were incompetent to do the repair on my vehicle. Feel free to PM me for pics of the problems that I encountered each of the four times that I brought my car in if you would like to get an idea of what you car will look like when they are finished with it.

Fast, Polite, Quality
All the folks over at Fix Auto were courteous and kept in close contact with me for the duration of my repair. I always knew what was going on, and was kept aware of turnaround time. There ended up being more damage that my insurance adjuster didn't originally see, and the guys at Fix Auto called me right away to notify me of the update. I was very upset about my accident that brought me in to Fix Auto, but their speedy service and fantastic attitudes made me feel at ease and I knew my car was in great hands. I love my car and now she looks better than ever. I hope I never have to take her in again, but if I do, I know I can trust the guys at Fix Auto because they cared for my car as if it was their own. In fact, when I picked her up, there was a guy with a tiny brush and towel making last minute perfections to the detail job and he was so friendly. He showed me around my car, and I could tell he really took pride in his work, and boy did it show!! THANK YOU FIX AUTO!!
