Very Thorough
I took a dealership used car to this place to have them check it over. They found a $2,000+ repair that needed to be done which should have been seen by any professional mechanic. I had some really good information to take back to the dealership.

Awesome Mechanic
Got a second opinion here after hearing recommendation from sibling. Very honest and nice people here. Paid significantly less than I was quoted from other mechanic nearby. Parts are of high quality as well. Going to make this my go to mechanic going forward.

Friendly and Fair
They were very friendly and the pricing was fair. They were also very timely with the repairs.
Side note: the lobby is amazing, smelled great and looked fantastic. We loved the aesthetic.

Honest and to the point!
I recommend this shop as they were honest with the repairs that needed to be done, and they were to the point with the repairs that need to be done immediately and what would need to be done later. They walked me through what was causing my engine problems what was the repairs would do, and even offered a lower estimated quote for 2 repairs that were located in the same area if both repairs were done at the same time (Specified that they would lower the labor cost estimate). Very understanding of the financial difficulties that these repairs would cause, they only recommended the repairs that would get my truck up and running while not trying to upsell on repairs I do not need, while still cautioning on the safety of driving my vehicle. I've taken 2 cars to them now, with a third most likely heading their way in the future. They're the only mechanics I trust, highly recommended for the honesty, fast service, and straight forwardness of the shop!

John is always upfront about over the phone diagnosis and give a pretty accurate budget. If it’s less he charges less, if it ends up being more he calls before moving forward. I greatly appreciate that so I can make sure I can afford it or push out what can wait. Usually can get car in the same week that I call.

Professional, straightforward, and communication throughout the repair process
Took my truck in for electrical diagnostic and unfortunately for me the issue was very complicated and needed a lot of the interior to be removed in order to trace a wire. But they were able to communicate with me that it would be labor intensive and would likely be more expensive than I had anticipated. We agreed to put it back together and was only charged an hour of labor even though they were nice enough to store my truck inside taking up a bay. I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles in if problems come up.

Service on my car
Oil change was quick, only waited 30 minutes from start to finish. Waiting area is clean and confirmed. Trust John and his crew with all my service needs. Had my brakes done several months ago, great job!
