Disappointed
I have been coming to fenkell since 2021 and unfortunately I will no longer be a customer due to the change in services. A oil change used to be 10/15 minutes.My last official visit I sat for 2 hours for a simple oil change. I returned again and was told the oil change person leaves at 2:30 although I was there at 11:58am. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told no although I have made appointments here before in my last 5 Years . I was told to call before coming. So today I did just that. I called at 10am and was told to come at 12 and my vehicle would be serviced. I arrived and was told it would be a 2hr wait . I again asked is it possible to make an appointment. I was told no not for an oil change. Im not sure if it’s under new management or because I am African American but I will no longer be a customer due. I know this comment won’t make it far but just thought I’d share my experience. God bless
