Just the Best
Auto medics has been servicing my 2016 limited four runner for a couple of years and I can not convey how amazing this place is with simple words. They are more than fair with cost and labor, and no matter how complicated the problem may seem these guys figure it out and fix it to be better than before. I won’t go anywhere else. These guys are the best, period.

Honest Thorough Service
Was very impressed by the friendly, efficient, and informative service. I came in for an alignment that I thought I needed. After a road test and getting it on the lift I was told that I did not need one. My car has over 200,000 miles and I felt good knowing that it's safe to drive.

Jeep Check Engine (exhaust leak)
After hours of fruitless searching for an elusive exhaust leak, I gave up trying. Luckily I heard about Auto Medics through a trusted friend and gave them a try. They offered me a free loaner though I didn't need one. Didn't need it though--not 30 minutes later I receive a call that they found the leak and that it was a cheap repair (broken elbow connector)! Hours and hours spent and Al & crew had found the issue in minutes. Best money I've spent in a while.

If you have car troubles, I would highly recommend Auto Medics--they do top notch and timely work. I've since leveraged them two more times and will continue to any time I'm in need.

Top Quality Service A++
I finally found my family mechanic after years of disappointment. Al and his crew are incredible. I took my wife's VW van in with no prior appointment for a radiator flush, oil change, and to check out odd noises coming from the engine area. They did a thorough check of the engine compartment and tightened loose belts while taking care of the flush/oil. Within an hour and a half, and having to squeeze me in, they had me back on the road. The noises? Totally gone and no charge for addressing.

*** Update***

I needed an inspection on a used Suburban I was buying from a local dealership in Troy. Al, the owner of Auto Medics, drove me down to the dealership himself and took it for a test drive to gauge any immediate problems. He noticed some noise coming from the rear differential and gave me the option to spend the $ on an inspection at his shop. I decided to proceed and I'm glad I did--it was the most comprehensive check I've seen yet (I can handle small DYI jobs). He found a few more issues and walked through exactly what they would mean if I were to purchase. Then next day, I walked into the dealership with a professional report (printed and online with videos) and armed with extensive knowledge for negotiation. The knowledge and time spent (3 hours of focused time) was well worth the money spent on the inspection by itself. You simply don't see this kind of quality and care that often. Al and his crew have earned my business permanently.

If you have a problem with your vehicle, give them a look--top notch quality, incredible service, fair price.

They had an issue getting my cat converter out but was able to get it done. Great customer service.
Great customer service. Got the job done even when obstacles were present they still worked as a team and got me back on the road.

Auto Medics did it again. They were able to solve a very mysterious electrical problem on my 2013 BMW which had me going crazy. I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no problem these folks can’t fix!

Need a stud replacement for tire and new struts. Discount Tire was to reimburse immediately. It is actually a little bit of processing this claimI believe this business should have been aware of this.
Needed a new stud and new struts after discount tire replaced new tires. This business made it sound like Discount Tire would immediately reimburse for broken stud that Discount has broken. It is actually a lengthy process and I filed. Claim with Discount. Shelby Medics should have known of these procedures because I went to Shelby medics because of Discounts referral.
