Highly recommend them!
Finding a trustworthy mechanic can be tough, but Adams Repair Inc. is definitely one you can rely on! They were efficient, professional, and had me back on the road in no time. The communication was excellent throughout, and I'm very satisfied with the work done. Highly recommend them!

Hard to find this anymore
Adam is fair with his pricing and trustworthy. The best part about Adam is he will get you in and out as quickly as he can if allowed. Today my windshield wiper stopped working, no appointment, he said come in now and I will see what I can do. He did it. In and out. You are my guy Adam. Thanks for the best customer service.

Does not provide correct diagnoses when needed
I didn't want to write this review but after taking my time I realize I have to. Adam cost me hundreds of dollars because he did not take the time to diagnose my car correctly. I took my car to him three times before he diagnosed it correctly. The first time was a week after purchasing the vehicle. I had a few things I wanted him to look at. He only really concentrated on one item and forgot about 2 of them. One being the fact that I was losing coolant and the heat was going cold at idle. After he said the vehicle was done and I asked about the coolant he admitted he forgot and said give him a little more time. He came back with "no leak found, probably just a small one somewhere" He told me I needed new tires also. I drive the car a few more weeks, spend hundreds on new tires and a bit more on items to make the vehicle "mine" (did I mention I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at a week after purchasing to make sure everything was okay) and took the vehicle back because it was still having the heating/losing coolant issues. He did a few things, changed the thermostat and charged me a couple hundred again and sent me on my way with a "if that doesn't work, we'll do a flush" Came back with same issues again, and he FINALLY performed a VERY SIMPLE test that showed I had a bad head gasket. Had this simple test been performed the first time, one week after purchasing the vehicle I NEVER would have sunk any more money into this vehicle. I am very disappointed that it took three times for Adam to finally find the issue and very upset that I am out almost $1000 because of his lack of detail and shoddy workmanship. I loved the thought of having a close by shop, but I will be going elsewhere from now on, and you should too.

Honest and trustworthy
Adam is always there to help! I live out of state and continue to use Adam when I am back in town. He is honest and explains everything in detail. I’m always in a time crunch and he makes sure to get my car back to me in a jiffy!

Running a racket auto repair
Really didn't need to charge me $50 to diagnose my broken strut spring coil.
It took you under 2 minutes. You could've simply pointed it out in good faith of gaining a new customer.
You also didn't need to quote me for $1,200 to repair it (with a whole boatload of "shop extras"), when the next shop just fixed it for $610, with the same exact parts you put on your quote.
Really doesn't even make sense.
Could I have driven it for a year? Yes absolutely-- but you wouldn't say that.
Did I need an alignment afterwards-- nope, driven 3k miles perfectly fine without that already. But you said yes, at $130 🤣
Would 90% of shops actually charged me $50 to look under the wheel well for 1 entire minute of their day? No. And if they do, they should also lose a lot of business about it.
Rip someone else off.
