Excellent service, responsive, professional staff
I needed brake work on my Audi and the dealship told me it would be a month before they could provide service. I called Curt at Franklin Auto and he got me in within a day, diagnosed the problem and fixed everything all within two days. Service was excellent and price very reasonable. A positive experience all the way around.

2018 Encore Repair
I took my daughter’s Buick Encore to Franklin Auto due to the check engine light being on and was running rough. They already had cars booked on a Monday. They took it in and called me within 2 hours. I approved the cost and they had it ready in two more hours. This is not my first time here. They have always been fair and honest with me. I recommend Franklin Auto to everyone I know. Great company.

Excellent but expensive
Came in for an uncheduled oil but much needed oil change. My needs were met by an accomodating rep. I felt the price ($100) was high but the response was outstanding.

Problem not solved, just a lot of guessing.
Pam, Darrell, & John: Something has changed. Your new management? I have been an infrequent customer for 20+ years. Requested dx on power seat losing forward/back function. I felt it was the switch. Upon pick up I was charged $155 & told switch was bad, and maybe the seat motor; they couldn't tell without removing the seat. Priced the motor at $192.72, entire seat rack at $1,260.31. Asked them to jump the motor to move the seat back so I could drive it. Declined, with vague references to liability & technical difficulty. Took to another mechanic, who activated the up/back motor, retracted seat so I could drive it, verified electric motors were fine, and ordered switch. All in about 15 minutes, without removing the seat. Analysis paralysis. Simple becomes complicated. Got very little for what I paid.
