Duffy's business and service model is NOT like the typical dealership service "racket" that runs you in, automatically finds a way for the repairs to be big $1,000 +, and at which you are a NUMBER, period.
Very minor suggestion - confirm the actual repairs first - I had already changed oil a week prior, so doing so again at recommended mileage was not necessary. But NO biggie at all.
