Ellen said this facility is good and they are honest. If they do not have the parts for her vehicle, they tell her right away. She believes she will be a regular customer.
This was quick, in and out for annual inspection. I called before hand, you said bring it in, I did, and was out of there with inspection in hand in less than 30 minutes. I can say this is not a typical experience, with most others, annual inspection is an all day affair.
