I always feel extremely welcome when I come into the office. They are so helpful with all my questions and very understanding and always do exactly what I ask. They call when the car is done and they are very courteous. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.
The guys at the front desk are grumpy but don’t let that scare you away. The work is dependable and they are honest. It would be helpful if they would take appointments so you are not without your vehicle all day but they choose to do night drop only.
I get free state inspections from where we purchased our vehicle. This time there were some items that needed remediation. The cost was significant. I stopped by Courthouse Auto and they resolved the issues quickly and for a couple of hundred dollars less, and they even indicated that one of the items needing remediation was not actually broken.
All I can say is, they are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics in the Hampton Roads area. They do a great job and do not try and nickel and dime you.
Got a great deal on tires and installation. Called one day with what I needed. Dropped off truck the next day and it was ready when they said. Great turnaround with honest mechanics. Rare to see nowadays, but Courthouse is the real deal.
We've always had a great experience with this team for our service requirements! They're always able to support even when we have a short-fused request. I appreciate the honest and professional advice and quick turn around on service requirements. I will be bringing our kids' cars in soon too!
