They never disappoint!
As usual, service was excellent! They listened to my concerns, addressed them thoroughly and completed the job in a timely manner. I continue to be very pleased with the whole crew, including Queen Victoria, who keeps everything on track!

Made me feel like ‘family’!
I have to admit that in the past every time I visited an Auto Repair place, I felt more like I was there for a colonoscopy, than auto service. But that is not the case anymore. From the very first moment of contact I found the people at Kempsville Auto Care Center an absolute delight from start to finish. Two things were absolute standouts in my mind. First, their communication with me regarding the status of my repair and the estimate of pick up time was spot on. The second was the price. My jaw dropped when I saw how reasonable the charges were, especially when I was used to paying almost 3 times as much at other places in the past. I cannot recommend them more highly. I am confident that you will receive the same excellent treatment and service as did I.

State inspection
I’ve been getting my state inspection here for 12 yrs and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I drop my car off and get a call or txt to say it’s ready. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people.
