Quick and honest
I dealt with Aaron throughout my entire process from first call, check in and cash out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest with me about timing and capacity. He properly set my expectations and I was incredibly pleased with my entire experience.

Repairs completed in a timely manner.
My rear axle area was singing badly. I dropped the vehicle off and they provided a quick estimate based on my description. They reached out to me several hours later to confirm the issue. ( rear wheel bearings).
They gave me an estimated completion time and completed the job as promised. My rear axle no longer sings! Thank you guys!!

Great On Late Model Cars
This is our second trip to Bill's with our 2009 Saab 9-7x. The first time they did an amazing job on a door that was damaged. The second time they performed a full maintenence check and found 3 items that needed to be replaced. 2 of which we knew about and 1 that we are very glad they caught it. They are definitely honest and thorough. Would use them again.

Great Oil Change-Great Service
They changed my oil and also found a fuse that had blown causing the lights on my trailer to not work. They even gave me the old fuse so I could get extras to keep in the car!

James had a motor lock up and we were only able to quote a replacement engine. He did not want to replace the engine.

Car died
After spending over $1,500 on the car , died on the way home and couldn't be resurrected the 1500 could have gone towards different car. In the past I've always relied on Bill's Auto but I'm sorry to say that I'm disappointed this time. This was a woman who really needed a car to work. If it was non-reparable from the beginning then we wouldn't have tried to repair it or repaired it.

It's terrible that when we try to tell clients that certain vehicles aren't worth putting the money into, that they choose to ignore our recommendations. 

When we first diagnosed the vehicle, we gave estimates for much more work than you ended up approving. We cautioned you that this vehicle was not safe to drive. 

We have records of an additional 3 estimates that were never done, totaling over $3500 in additional needed repairs. 

It was repairable in the beginning but you didn't want to spend over $1000 to repair it.
When you tie our hands like that, we can't possibly fix every car's issues for a thousand. 

It's clear to me that no one listened to our recommendations, and the end result is a clear indicator of that. We don't want to send any vehicle back on the road without doing the needed repairs.

I find it abhorrent that you would take the time to blame us after all we did to try and accommodate YOUR requests.

Beth said she only had one complaint, they had no carpet protectors on the carpet when they worked on her vehicle so it smelled like oil and was dirty. She had to take them out and wash them, otherwise they were great and very accommodating.
