Great customer service. Jessica is very personable and informative when it came to questions about my vehicle. They checked my brakes when they did a free tire rotation with my oil change. The business is very trustworthy.

Joe said the work was okay but their cost is too expensive. He paid $2,000 for them to repair his vehicle and he doesn't know how long it's going to last him. The first time he was there he paid $1,200 and the vehicle needed to go back again. He's not going back there because he feels their service is too expensive.

Ryan is a very talented mechanic, he pays attention to detail & the removal of the inside of my car! I was shocked to see the involvement that it took to do this job! My car was returned to me, like nothing had been torn apart! Also, they will never try to sell you something you don’t need done! Excellent auto repair shop! I highly recommend Automotive physicians!!

I am going through the time sheets that you are getting from Machelle each week.

I too, get them and I look them over.

A few issues to look at:

Devon- approvals for Thursday & Friday absence
Aaron – Late on Wednesday
Craig – early out on Tuesday

These things I look at are going to help the company get rid of those bad apples so we can move forward with the right people. This is also helping us in determining who is going to receive the perfect attendance awards along the way as well.
