Pulled in to BIG Q Auto Repair about 1pm today. In less than 1hr, they had diagnosed the problem with my car, checked the avability and delivery time frame of the part I needed, and furnished me with two 2 written quotes of the repair costs.
At the other repair shop I went to, I waited over an hr just to talk to a mechanic who told me they couldn't even do the job till after the New Year.
