Nono goes above and beyond the norm...!
I've been taking my vehicles here literally for decades, for very good reasons! Nono and all his crew have always done their best to help me keep my ancient beast on the road, and yesterday was no different. Even when they're slammed with work, they fit me in, and Joanne was as kind and helpful as could be in the midst of the fray. Instead of giving me only one expensive option to keep my crippled car running and ready to go, Nono offered a much less expensive workaround and also gave me a great price on the labor, to boot. Thanks to all...!!

Job is mediocre and they will waste your time and money.
This is not the first time it has happened, but never this bad.

After dropping my car off for an oil change at 9am, and making sure it would be ready by 1pm since I had to go to work, at 1:30pm the car was not ready. I decided to take it anyway since I had to go to work but I couldn't, because they couldn't find the car keys. After waiting thirty minutes, my client (I am a freelancer) decided to cancel, and I lost $180. I made sure RICARDO was aware of that, many times, and after hearing no apology but that I should "not worry" and that he was going to "take care of me" I left. At 4:30pm I call to make sure they found my keys, they did. At 5:30pm RICARDO calls me saying that the car was ready, and that he gave me a discount: A $12 DISCOUNT ($105 instead of $117). I respectfully told him that I felt deceived, since he knew very well that their negligence cost me $180 and that he was "going to take care of me". He started saying that I was wasting his time and that if I wanted the car today I had to pay the $105, basically holding the car hostage at a gas station parking lot. I decided to go in person a few minutes later and he started yelling that I was wasting his time, again, and that I was pissing him off, while I remained very calm. Please do not let them waste your time and money, they are disorganized, mediocre, and overpriced. I could have paid $90 for an oil change but had been going there out of "convenience".

On top of that, I explained I the gas cap was loose and that I had a "check engine light" on, he said he would clear it and to bring the car in if the light came back on. When I picked the car up, the light was still on.

Excellent!!!
Chris, Fabian, and Nono were wonderful - car passed smog test after drive cycle they said needed because I had had to replace the battery so able to do vehicle registration. So glad everything could be taken care of at one time, and Nono's has done all servicing and repairs excellently since I got the car almost twenty years ago.

new sensors for two tires
Brian the technician is very knowledgeable, he fixed the sensors of the two tires and all four sensors of all four tires work harmoniously and give the accurate reading of the tire pressure.

Such a joke
I have been taking my car there for years. The other day I have my car taken in because there was a nail in the tire and one of the guys confirmed it. Well, just today my brother took it back to have the tire plugged and they told him there was no Nail. He drove all the way out to the valley today and it went flat on him. I’m going up there tomorrow to record the whole thing with the guy who first saw the Nail with the guy who says he didn’t. I guess they don’t have time for the low lives Who don’t drive Porsches and Mercedes-Benz. I just have a 2007 Camry. No respect..
