The service at Marina Auto Body was exceptional. The repairs were quick and I had my car back in exactly the predicted time frame. They kept me informed on the progress frequently and made picking up my vehicle so easy I could do it in the morning before I started work, which I am quite thankful for. Highly recommend this shop.
Being certified with my car manufacturer is one thing, but they are even better than that. Communicate every step so that you know when your car will be done. My car was like brand new when every was done.
Unfortunately our neighbor backed into our car and it needed repairs. Marina auto body let me know every step of the way. And then the car was done a week earlier than originally estimated. Looks great, drives as it always has. Would recommend!
The repair took longer than expected because of the supply chain issue with a part, but the job they did was excellent and my car was returned in immaculate condition.
I was rear-ended and had to get my bumber fixed for my Subaru Crosstreck. My insurance recommended the Marina Auto Body in Marina Del Rey, and I had a great time with this repair shop. Not only were they friendly, but scheduling my repair was easy and fast. The only delay was about 1 week due to the parts, which really was not bad at all. The car came back looking like new! Also the service overall was great, both Eric and the Lady there are nice and accommodating to their customers. I will definitely be back (if I need it)! Thank you!
My mirror they installed on the driver side is warped. I can't see out of it properly. I need to get it replaced again.
