They fixed my car while I was visiting LA and saved my trip home!
Wow, I am so lucky I found Kartek! I was in LA for a weekend trip and my car malfunctioned twice on the freeway on the way down. After calling 5 mechanics I found kartek, and dropped off the car Saturday morning. I had it back and fixed by Saturday afternoon for a safe trip back the next day. And the price was very reasonable, they could have way overcharged me and I would have paid it but they didn’t. Highly recommend.
Efficient service to replace my Catalytic Converter.
Kar Tek was great, extremely communicative (Eddie) kept me informed up to the minute I got my car back. Much more so than my insurance agents. They had a lot of work to do as the thieves did plenty of damage stealing my catalytic converter. He instructed me how much to drive before going for my smog cert, and even to swing by and they’ll check on their meter to see if it’s ready to pass CA strict smog test. Thank you Eddie & Kar Tek

I have been taking my cars to Kartek for many years. They really do a great job. I have been very happy with them. They know how to advise me on anything to do with my car problems.
I have worked with Eddie and Kartek a couple times now and every time I’m extremely satisfied with their work. If you need any electrical work or exhaust work, there’s no other place to go.

Eddy and crew are always there to keep my 1977 GMC pickup on the road. Always efficient and getting things wrapped in a timely manner. Pricing is fair and they stand behind the work. It’s difficult to find a mechanic you trust, especially as the owner of an older vehicle. For the most part, a lot of shops only know modern-ish stuff. I’ve always recommended them to anyone I know with a classic automobile just as they were recommended to me. Thanks guys.
I called and indicated what problem was around 0930. I brought car in and new muffler and pipe done by 1600.
I found them to be quite efficient and very responsive.
I will be returning here when necessary for auto repair work
