alternate issue found, not what I thought it was
B&M found an issue with transmission that was just rebuilt by another shop & did not replace the steering pump, as I thought needed replacing. They saved me a needless power steering pump replacement. Tightened down the sloppy work that was left by the trans. shop.

Honest and dependable
I needed an appointment and would have to wait in the office while the repair was but Josh was very accommodating. It was a ons hour job and it was done within that time. The part I was having replaced actually had nothing wrong with it so he showed me it was okay. I went ahead and chose to replace it anyway. I appreciated his honesty. Nice conversation while I waited. I will highly recommend B & M to everyone. Thank you and I hope you are very successful with this venture.
