I am glad to have found a repair shop that is run with honesty and integrity
The team at Tieken Auto Services did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing an ongoing issue that I was having with my car. Two other repair shops failed to correctly identify the cause. But years of experience by the mechanics at Tieken Auto led them directly to the problem. They also showed a great deal of ingenuity in coming up with a solution. I am very impressed by their commitment to getting the job done, no matter what the obstacles might be. I was also impressed by the clarity and care with which everything was explained to me by the staff. I felt empowered and respected. I highly recommend this business because I feel that it is a team that you can trust.

Reasonable and sincere auto shop
Traveling from Virginia with a broken AC and I was in desperate need to fix the AC. Local Nissan dealerships quoted outrageous prices to get the ac repair BUT I was very fortunate to Google TIEKEN Auto Shop and met repair advisor Bruce.—-very honest and straightforward guy who kept me informed of the various components that needed to get fixed. Originally it was $2000 but then he called me back to say my evaporated coil was ok so my cost will only be around $1300… Wow, how often does an auto shop call you back and reduce the quote on the repair! Reasonable and honest and I would highly recommend!!!

Professional and affordable
I took my Chevy Suburban in for a highly needed service. We hadn't driven the vehicle in years. Tieken was able to diagnose and fix everything on my truck on time and at a cost that I was satisfied with. They are friendly, honest, and fair with the professional work they do. I appreciate having my vehicle fixed and the sense of security it provides. This is my second vehicle they have serviced, and I have been very satisfied with the work and the price. Highly recommended!

Best Service Ever!
Found Tieken a few years ago when I needed help with my Toyota. They went above and beyond then. Recently had some issues with my Buick and we were able to address the matter in a timely manner. They throughly I specter my vehicle and ensured the root of the problem was resolved. Always thankful and grateful for Tieken.
