About a month or so ago I took my truck in because it was making a weird noise and it’s normally extremely quiet. I was informed a valve was loose and needed to be replaced. Keep in mind there was absolutely nothing wrong besides the noise. Everything else worked perfectly. After paying a little over $350 the noise was gone. But then I quickly realized the ac was blowing hot air and wasn’t cooling at all and now has a smell. So I take it back the next day and was told that what they did had absolutely nothing to do with how the ac blows and I can pay another $168 and they’d only tell me what the problem was! Now I’m left riding around in Houston 100 degree weather with my one year old with an ac that blows Hot air out one side of the car and semi cool out of the other! I’m extremely disappointed and can’t afford to correct something that is now broken that wasn’t before I took it there! I will not be recommending a place that picks and chooses who to treat right!
