Engine Rebuild
I approached them for engine rebuild. They looked at the car, ran diagnostic and sent the quote by the afternoon. Work was done fairly quickly and car was delivered before promised time.

Great service and communication
The team here is incredible! I dropped off my vehicle for service, and a brake issue. They quickly took a look at everything and sent me an invoice to approve with all suggested items. They were incredibly thorough, and communicated very well. When I had a few questions, I made a phone call and was able to get a hold of somebody immediately. Once I approve the work, they got it done quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, they let me know everything that was going on. The prices were very reasonable. I would recommend precision auto to everyone.

The owner and his buddy sold me a 2004 E350 Van out of the shop lot and they said it needed batteries and a fuel pump. Turns out it needs a HPOP and 4 injectors. Do not recommend this service

They Always take care of me
James and the crew are so good with customer service and satisfaction. As a woman who is intimidated by auto repair shops and has had several instances of being taken advantage of, I NEVER feel like that here. They're open and honest with me. It's worth the drive here to really be taken care of. Great, quality work and reasonable pricing - ALWAYS!

This is my second time working with Precision Auto and they are efficient in communicating repairs needed and in completing those repairs within a reasonable time frame. I enjoyed both of my experiences with getting my car repaired here and I will be back.
