BOTCHED REPAIRS AND BAD WORKMANSHIP
Norman and Grace are very nice people. They are always kind and friendly and seem to be very good with their customers. That said, the services they performed on my car have been subpar at best and negligent at the worst. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee into their shop because of a leaking radiator. My regular service shop was busy, so I asked for a recommendation from friends for where to take it. Auto and Truck Services came highly recommended, so I took it there. They identified the problem as a busted radiator that need to be replaced. It took them 3 days to do it, but they replaced the radiator and everything seemed to be fine. Then a month or so later the new radiator started leaking, this time in a different spot. So I took it back. Turns out when they replaced it the first time, someone in the shop got my car's make and model number wrong, so they apparently installed the wrong type of radiator the first time. Which they replaced with the correct one (for no charge). But again, it took 3 days for them to get the right part in and do the repair. Got the car back, drove it home, then realized the horn didn't work. They forgot to reconnect it after the repair, so I had to take it BACK for them to fix it. Then a couple of days later I noticed something new dripping under the car. It was a different fluid than the radiator, this was either oil or transmission fluid. A leak that was NOT there before. So I took it back yet again, this time they said it was unrelated to the radiator repair *which I absolutely DO NOT BELIEVE* But I gave them the benefit of the doubt yet again. They said they would fix the leak, but it took 2 days for them to do that. While they were fixing it, they noticed that one of my tire pressure sensors was bad, so they offered to replace it, which they did, but they couldn't figure out how to program It properly. So they said they would give me the car back for the weekend and that I should bring it back YET AGAIN for them to ultimately fix it. Then this morning I look under the car and IT IS STILL LEAKING. I am absolutely livid. I have taken my car to them no less than 3 times and each time I got the car back, something new was wrong or they botched the repair they were supposed to do. Two different radiators, a disconnected horn, a still-broken tire sensor and a leak that isn't fixed. And they charged me for the leak repair to the tune of almost $300! All in I have spent almost $1200 on this and my car ia still not fixed. I do not like writing negative reviews, especially since the owners do seem to be genuinely nice people, but this is the worst experience I've had on a long time dealing with car repairs. I am not taking it back to them, I am dropping it off at my previous auto shop Monday. They have never let me down before, I should have just waited until they were available when all of this started. Again, I don't want to be negative, but seriously consider another auto shop. Would not recommend.
