Honest, empathetic, and highly skilled mechanics!
Jeff and Duane were exceptionally helpful. Our family was in a real bind when, while pulling a TT to Washington, our F-150 threw a code and we lost power. AWG was the third service we tried, but the first to understand our predicament and the first to offer a proper diagnosis. They are honest, empathetic, and highly skilled mechanics. I had a used transmission installed ,I can not afford the price of new or rebuild.
My name is Billy a retired auto tech. Of over 25 years a master Ase certification and master Chevrolet technician. I know how to complete this job. American Automotive Wrencher completed the replacement of my transaxle in a timely manner. I had two small discrepancies which they repaired at no cost to me. Now my 2006 van drives better than it ever has. I say like a new vehicle with 216k miles on it. My thanks to Duane and his team for getting me back on the road.

Helpful and Quick
My experience with American Wrencher was great! The service was fast and reasonably priced. They treated me kindly and fairly and let me know what everything would cost before completing the repairs.

Good people, good work.
I've been going here since they opened, probably won't go anywhere else as long as they're still here. Trusting the people working on my car to do it properly and charge me fairly is invaluable to me, and I have that here.

THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!
We cannot say enough about the integrity and quality of work done by Duane and his team. His communication is above and beyond appreciated. We took our grandsons 4 Runner there with some concerns we had. Duane called and let me know what he found and what it would take and cost to get it fixed properly and completely. This is the only place we will ever take any of our vehicles. So glad we can take our vehicles to Duane and his team knowing with 100% confidence that the work will be completed to the highest quality of work at a price that is fair. Thank you Duane

you can not find a better place for your car or truck to be worked on, believe me I have been to everyone in Medford.
Honest and hard working , with a great sense of humor and not con artists. We bring both our car and truck Dwayne and Cody. We have to help GOOD mechanics to stay in business!!!!! Esp here in Medford. Believe me you won't be disappointed. we tell all our friends and people we meet about them.

Got lights?
I had a headlight and a brake light out that I kept forgetting to get taken care of and would remember after dark!

I decided to try the messaging on the website to alert Duane that I needed those two items and to let me know when I could come in.

Woke up and there was a text in my phone letting me when to come by!
