I went to the service department , and explained my problem , the service writer came outside and looked and verified my problem ,he ordered the part and scheduled an appointment . When I returned as scheduled I went for breakfast and my car was ready to go on my return . Thanks for a good experience .

fast recall work overpriced maintenace prices
did 3 recalls on my 2013 sonata 2.0t in about 1:45. Thank you. I would not come back for maintenance since Everett Hyundai has jacked up all their prices 50 bucks for oil change ya right.that's just the beginning ,any way thank you for the fast service.

Not their problem attitude.
As a single woman, I purchased an Hyundai because of the warranty, so I wouldn't get stranded. I purchased a brand new 2013 Azera in June 2014. It's only 3 years old and the battery is dead and need to replace it already. I will be jump starting it for a week and half until my appointment. So basicly I am stranded each and every day. They don't care. I was just in there last week for 3 hours and they did nothing to get this approved while I was there. Now it is approved and I need to go back. I only have Friday off this week but there are no available appointments on Friday. It should have been fixed last week or accommodate me on my time.
