Tried to fix but failed again
Two huge missteps- got a call from a manager after last review. Sent me a gift certificate for a free service with a kite realizing I have 3 free years of maintenance on a 3 year lease. I mean you failed twice before snd you way to fix it I’d give me something I will never be able to use. Those dealership not only lost my maintenance business, I’ll be going to Doug’s in Lynnwood when I purchase my next Hyundai. Worst customer service fails I’ve seen in years. A simple apology would have been better than a fix no one can or will use. I would jut trust them with my lawn mower at this point snd I don’t have a yard.

Twice my car has been returned with warning lights still on, both times I spoke to service advisors and never got it completed. Waste of time. This is a pattern won’t be going back again. Will find another dealership.

Fast and friendly. Get my oil changed there and each time is very fast. Other dealerships are busy, I understand that it can take time: but each time I go to Lee Johnson my car is done faster than predicted. No problems so far
