Wonderful people
I had an issue with my last car appointment but everything was taken care of fast and wonderfully. I got some great answers of why my oil change was upped in price and other explanations of what happened. Thankful that Hyundai is on top of their customer service even if something goes wrong.

Quality people, meh service
I went in for my oil change and tire rotation and long story short, upon getting home and comparing my old and new receipts, I noticed that they did not rotate my tires and they had up charged me for my oil change and gave me a synthetic rather than the regular that was needed without my consent.

Everyone is easy to work with, I called to make an appointment for an oil change on Monday and they got me in on Wednesday. They picked up my car and brought it back to me. Also had a chip in my windshield and they found the cheapest replacement for me. Very appreciative of their service.

I had every time I get my car back it has fingerprints on the hood on the door I have told the advisor and they have cleaned and say it won’t happen again put it does ?

Poor Service
They can't fix Hyundai cars because they don't know about the cars they sell. They don't believe their customers when they say there's a problem.

Great Service
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out and didn’t feel pressured that I had to buy something. Will definitely be returning with all my future automotive needs.

This is a first for any issues in over ten years.
There are several items I didn't get. On the work invoice it says tire rotation was not performed. also, it says a Multi Point Inspection was done but I never got the report card or the sevice rep did not go over it at checkout. In over ten years of having my cars serviced by you this is the first time there was any issues.

We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership on the same day, the cars have been good. This morning my wife gets in her car to go to work and it clicks for a few minutes but finally starts. She calls the dealership and they say they have no appointments until next Wednesday. That kind of sucks but is understandable. This afternoon she gets off of work and this time it takes about 10 minutes to get it to start. She calls back and they say there is nothing they can do for her. I finally get someone on the phone and they say that they can help her only if she hurries in, but they can only check for simple things like the battery, which is okay I guess. She gets there and they tell her there is nothing they can do for her and that she will have to leave the car. She explains she has no car to get to work and they say sorry there is nothing they can do. I can't believe this service from a dealership that we purchased cars from. Do you think we would ever purchase another car from this dealership again? There are plenty of others around. Once we get our car back we will never be back.

Not sure I understand what the title review is. If the title is St. Charles Hyundai then I think it is great because it shows the locations and company name.
Because the work is outstanding and the employees are wonderful to work with.
