Only here because they have extended service hours.
Everytime I am in for scheduled service I experience a problem.
The catch 22 is I keep coming back as they have the only extended hours and I cannot walk away from the coupons they issue.
The entire staff have no pride or engagement in that dealership example the service writer brings around my car and I had to ask for a towl to wipe soap off my windshield...really???

Prompt Service without being pushy
I've taken my Sonata to St. Charles Hyundai since I purchased it 6 years ago. They've consistently given me prompt service and have not tried to push unnecessary repairs on me. They have helped me to maintain my car very well.

Service was great. Appearance Protection Warranty...not so much.
All went well with the service. Everyone was cordial and professional. However, I had a stain on the leather seats and I expected more from the service center than just "advised the porters to tray and clean off stain." Whatever they did or didn't do to the stain was ineffective. Now, even though I have a warranty I am involved in a long distance communication with Permaplate to try and get the issue resolved. This is not what I expected when I paid for the Appearance Protection Warranty.

Great Dealership
Went into St. Charles Hyundai to get an oil change and have a recall on my car taken care of. Every employee I came into contact with was very nice and professional. They even remembered the car wash! They also weren’t pushy on trying to sell me extra services—which was greatly appreciated. I will absolutely be back for my next oil change and for any other services I might need in the future.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Extreme lack of communication and customer service. Unable to get an employee to call me back and update me on the status of car. Brought in a working car for recall (non safety) and was notified my car was no longer starting up. Took 72 hours to get car back from what was a 30 minute appt. just terrible. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this service department.

We truly apologize that the manufacturer required update failed to install properly which temporarily disabled your car. Our staff was not able to resolve the issue without help from the manufacturer which was not available on Saturday afternoon. Fortunately we were able to provide a complimentary rental vehicle for you so our technicians could correct the software error and get your car back on the road the following Monday. Again we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate your business!
