Service is spot on
The employees at Hyundai are truly professional at what they do. Timely work and quality workmanship. Great atmosphere, reception and it just feels like being at home waiting for your service to complete. As funny as it sounds, I actually look forward to my oil changes when the time comes.

The service was supposed to include a software update. This was not communicated to the mechanic and was not completed. This required another trip to the dealership.

This dealership is a cut above the previous dealership that I took my car to in September. This dealership's personnel are people orientated and they go the extra mile. The facility is clean & organized compared to the previous dealership.
I will continue to bring my car to St. Charles Hyundai going forward, and when I'm ready to purchase a new car, I will buy it from St, Charles Hyundai.
A big thank you to Tyler Rodriguez who took the time to answer all of my questions.

Above Average, but not Perfect
They did a great job overall with communication; however, it seemed that the services performed were a bit lengthy after being informed of what needed to be done. I like that they offered a discount for Military members; I was quoted 10% discount, but only received a $10 discount in the end. Additionally, the labor costs seemed rather high compared to the services requested / received. Furthermore, they did not apply my Hyundai Rewards, which would have helped reduce costs further. Overall, the service was above average, but not perfect.

It was okay
I have to change many things and one of them is air filters. After changing them, air is not coming at all. Which is bad. Spent lot of money on it but its not worth it. I think its due to lack of maintenance work.
