Everything was great except that, even with an appointment, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get my oil and filter changed. It's almost as if they overbook their shop.

Good service..fair amenities
My "complimentary " car wash left my car worse than before going in for service..smeared windows and rear view mirrors, filthy front floor mats, dirty water sprayed all over my white car.
Either do a decent wash or dont offer a "free wash"!!

Honest, fair service
One of few dealers that is honest and fair in dealing with repairs. They will tell you when something is NOT required rather than trying to run up the price with unnecessary repairs. Staff is friendly and always courteous and keeps you up to date on what's happening to your vehicle. Refreshing! I do think the dealership could be updated (renovated?) since it feels old and a bit dated.

Overall, an average job. Oil change took too long. The car wash is subpar leaving streak marks on window and car. I would pay for a better quality job.

My drivers window regulator breaks in the middle of a hurricane on its way. The kind folks at Hyundai understood my distress, fit me in that day, shuttled me home and back while my window was being repaired, and above and beyond as far as service and compassion. I will never go anywhere else for a car repair. They are hands down the best in St. Augustine.

They did the work and got it right the first time.
The windows in my 2016 Tucson suddenly quit working. I called to make a service appointment, knowing that this should be under warranty. The person I spoke to was difficult and unwilling to work with me to make sure the repair would be under warranty. Thankfully, when I arrived for my appointment, the staff on hand were willing to work to communicate with me effectively (I am Deaf) and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. It only took one day longer than expected. They got it fixed, and all is well.

All the friendly people there. Tunde keeps me constantly posted on the progress of my service. She goes out of her way to make sure we are comfortable, and if any part repairs or replacements need to take place, she fully explains the function of that part. She does all this with always a smile on her face and in a pleasant tone. My rating otherwise has always been a 5 basically because of people like Tunde and Danny. I even brought one of my sons in last week to purchase a car for him. Worked with Leon and not surprisingly, he was awesome as well.

Awesome service! Tunde our service advisor is outstanding, she is very good and explains everything that you need to know about your vehicle!
One small annoying issue is when you book service online, you get so many calls and texts asking if you want to keep or cancel the appointment! You almost want to cancel the appointment after the third time they call or text you! They need to fix that!
