Outstanding Service from Travis, Service Advisor
If Travis didn’t provide the extraordinary service and timely responsiveness, I would never do business with dealership. From the sales people wanting me to make a deal using the 4 squares method, to management ripping me when I identified that they had sold me a car which was advertised as having all the high end features but were not even installed in the car.

Carlos, I am unsure if you remember me, but I remember you. I know you tried to reach out, but plain and simple, I don’t believe that you are a genuine person. You are good at your job though… Unless you could show me something that you are bending over backwards, Id rather you not contact me.

The 5-star review belongs to Travis and the mechanics who do an exceptional job. They represent what is right and willing to go that extra mile…. I place my trust in them…

Not so much on the dealership but I tried to email hyundai for a campaign reimbursement and the email was rejected because my email wasnt on the approved list to send to that email…. i called the hyundai service desk and they couldn’t help me with much… everytime i look up my case number, it says it is nonexistent. At almost every turn I make, there is something blocking my path. Hyundai ownership is fine if you only plan on owning it for 2-3yrs max. After that, you will need to be replacing catalytic converters, motors, and transmissions because their engines create a ton of soot which clings on to internal parts which then creates hazardous conditions… their attempts to make it right and reimburse are a joke…

Unexpected service
My check engine light came on while in rush hour traffic and I immediately took it Temecula Hyundia service center. They checked it in, got me a rental car and finished my car sale the next day. The level of service provided was top-notch. What could have turned out to be an inconvenient occurrence was handled smoothly and I couldn’t be more grateful for the speed of service and the professional manner it was handled in. Thanks again Temecula Hyundia, the whole team did a superb job. I will definitely recommend them and be back in the future.

Comfort and cleanliness
Shared with Mr Travis Kuhn, my disappointment with the workings of my 2010 Genesis, purchased 2016 with 60,000 mileage. I have received two (2) Smog Failure testing since ownership forcing me to return to the Dealership for correction. A new Battery was replaced by Dealership causing the WiFi/Bluetooth service to Fail...again repair not made to correct the problem. I would recommend your Service Dept to a friend with Caution.

Catalytic Crisis Averted :)
My Hyundai Accent was fine and one day had a check engine light on the dash. I had the code pulled and it was my catalytic converter! Thanks to my warranty I was able to get it replaced and not pay a fortune. Everything was smooth; getting my car into the shop and getting my rental took around 30 minutes TOTAL which was awesome!! I had my car back within 72 hours and it’s running smoothly again!

They took care of me
My Santa Fe broke down with my family on board and went into limp mode. I was able to schedule a tow truck and transportation for my family through Hyundai car care. They gave me a loaner vehicle until my Santa Fe was repaired. I was allowed to pick it up on my schedule. Even though it threw a kink in our plans, The dealership conformed to my schedule.

Good vehicle, paucity of service appointments available
Hyundai is a good vehicle, but regrettably this area needs more service appointments and be perhaps a alternative service facility. When vehicles need service, being told to wait two weeks is unacceptable.

Car wash no bueno
Very very disappointed with worker who does car wash. Also someone should inspect the car before it’s given to the customer. They should trust but verify the work
