Free oil changes are the best. Just make sure that you plan ahead, and are able to wait on the service.

My first experience with our new 2022 Hyundai Tucson was just I expected. The service department staff was courteous, professional yet friendly. I was provided a ride home, Uber and the waiting area was clean, and refreshments available. When I picked up my vehicle the sidesteps that I ordered from the dealer were installed perfectly and my car was clean. Kudos to Team Hyundai.

We took our 2021 Palisade in for its first service. Travis in the service department and his team took exceptional care of us and our vehicle. Above and beyond service
A little bit of a misunderstanding when I purchased my certified pre-owned Ioniq (In regards to free service for 36000 or 3years ) but , Travis Kuhn more than made up for it by providing 2 FREE oil changes.
Would highly recommend this dealership. Great car,great service department.

Above and beyond service

I spoke with my advisor re: my last visit. I have never had any problems with the Temecula dealership in the past. My issue with my last visit was resolved. Travis my advisor went out of his way to be helpful. I understand that in all of our lives there are those days that things just don’t go right. Waited three hours for oil change
I had a 12:00 pm appointment. I arrived at around 11 :40. I was told I only needed an oil change. And I would be out pretty quickly. No one ever came to the waiting area to keep me updated. Finally I went to the service area and asked them what was taking so long. I had dropped my husband of. About a mile away he was calling me and he was verbally in happy. I had to hear his angry message. I asked the service people how much longer and I had to wait another 30 minutes after being told it would be 10 minutes. What makes it worse is my husband was waiting outside in 105 degree weather. All in all a bad day. But I must say that Trevor tried to help me out and offered my next two oil changes for free.

120,000 miles service
My car was serviced and returned in a short period of time. Customer Service I received at Temecula Hyundai was OUTSTANDING. I have dealt with Carlos and he has always taken very good care of me and the service department has always done quality work on both of my cars.

What a service depart should strive to be
Travis and the service team at Hyundai have taken care of my 2013 Sonata for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with their outstanding professionalism, respect and friendly attitudes all around. Outstanding Service from Travis, Service Advisor
If Travis didn’t provide the extraordinary service and timely responsiveness, I would never do business with dealership. From the sales people wanting me to make a deal using the 4 squares method, to management ripping me when I identified that they had sold me a car which was advertised as having all the high end features but were not even installed in the car.

Carlos, I am unsure if you remember me, but I remember you. I know you tried to reach out, but plain and simple, I don’t believe that you are a genuine person. You are good at your job though… Unless you could show me something that you are bending over backwards, Id rather you not contact me.

The 5-star review belongs to Travis and the mechanics who do an exceptional job. They represent what is right and willing to go that extra mile…. I place my trust in them…
