Wonderful service as usual. I appreciated the phone reminder earlier in the day. We doubled checked the size and make of the tires ahead of time , thank you. Four new tires, hubby happy cheaper than the Volvo Dealership in Northampton. Sorry Volvo when I inquired about your tires the customer service was awful. And, I mentioned my experience to a supervisor and I was told someone would call me back from Volvo. Know one reached out to me. I will stick to my local dealership in SH.

Engine-bay electrical issue

Veryl's Automotive Services is one of the best small-business retail operations I've ever experienced. Jeff Poirier and his excellent team have been helping me for several years and it's time I said so publicly.

This was a battery issue in an older vehicle, one in which spending resources chasing down problems must be weighed against the limited value of the car. Jeff (and his team) respect this reality while striving to fix the flaw. This is great customer service and my car is ready to go, 48 hours after asking for help (triage is another strong attribute). Veryl's is good business and I'm grateful for their service!
