Still running

I have over 180000 on car and still running strong. Very comfortable and great long distance . Car is peppy when entering freeway and mpg is excellent highway. Sound system is adequate and Car surprisingly roomy.

Honda fits our needs

We were looking for an SUV that had reasonable space, good visibility, all wheel drive and good handling. Also, our daughter owned one and was very pleased. At the 82,000 point the car is still working just fine.

Happy camper

Do not use a carwash on the 2012. It rips off the top part of the 3 plastic chrome pieces in front. I just saw another one yesterday that was missing that part. I try to mention it to other CR-V owners when I see them. I watched a YouTube video and was able to fix it myself. Heads up: One guy does it all wrong. Watch the one where it says how to remove the front bumper (you actually don't, but it gets you where you need to be). BTW I'm a great-grandmother & repaired it for about $19.00. Change transmission fluid sooner than later. It also holds it's value much more than my Hyndai Santa fe that I had for 20 years.

Our 1992 CR-V

Our 2012 CR-V is the absolute best vehicle we have ever owned. The reliability and economy (my 2 requirements in any vehicle) of this SUV is second to none. The ride and comfort are great whether for daily errands or long cross-country trips which we have taken dozens of. If I ever have to buy another vehicle, it WILL BE a Honda CR- V.

Great running vehicle

In 12 years have only had the AC condenser replaced. I have over 100,000 miles on this car and it is still running fantastically. Has been the best purchase made. Plenty of room for me, my 6 ft husband and 66 lb dog. Made trip from west coast to Virginia and trip was smooth and uneventful. Love this car.

I bought this car second hand and it has been very reliable! Handles nicely & no major repairs at 103,000 miles!

The Honda CR-V is a very reliable car. Handles very well in snowy conditions, lots of easily accessible trunk space. Handy for loading groceries, camping gear, etc. I would buy another one for my next car! Easy to park, good on gas mileage & comfortable to drive.

Best car ever

My Honda CRV has 280,000 miles on it and it’s still going strong! I would definitely buy one again should I ever need another car which kind of looks like never. Very happy! I highly recommend this vehicle for all your needs. Lots of cargo space and knee room in the back seats.

Reliable

I love my Honda CRV and my next car will be the same car. I find my Honda CRV is very reliable, safe, sturdy, seats high enough to feel in control of the road, and it has adequate toom yo sit five adults and it has enough storage.

Average car

Nothing special about this car. Has a tremor at low speeds which no one can figure out. Good gas mileage. Reliable transportation for the price. Older people seems to like it because of ease of getting in and out. Probably never buy a Honda again.

A very durable and dependable vehicle! Great gas mileage especially now during the economy and gas crisis! A little tight for space if you're a big or long legged individual! I personally don't like the ability or lack there of to navigate the radio features! Should be easy to do so without having to reference the operator book!

This is the safest and most practical vehicle I have ever owned. It is dependable... gives a great ride and being vertically challenged it is so good to be able to have a better road view. All weather/all purpose. Great MPG as well

Great value

This is the 4th CR-V in our family. The first 2 are still being used. We have a 2008, 2010, 2012 and most recent purchase about a year ago 2014. I highly believe in this vehicle. I will never buy anything else.

Honda CR-V 2012

I bought it used in 2014 with apporx 20,000 miles. I have very pleased as it still drives really well. I have not had any issues that were not foreseeable (almost). Tires, brakes, stuff like that. Recently my back seats stopped folding down. The Honda dealer stated that this is not something that is common but I "may have" been a little rough on them. Air, heat, seats, windows, engine, have all been great - as expected. My last Honda had 210,000 miles when I traded it in. i still get great gas mileage.

Lots of issues

I bought a Honda for reliability but it has transmission issues that other owners expressed the same problem. The A.C. doesn't keep up with Florida Summer temps. Rattles over bumps and has a lot of wind noise. No where near the quality of my RAV 4.

My CR-V

I gave a 5 star review, because I absolutely love my CRV. I never realized how much room my CRV had until I purchased a home. The CR-V is so spacious that I was able to move pretty much everything from my apartment to my new house without a lot of problems and there was still room for people to sit. It's amazing on gas. My experience is the best I went to Boston Massachusetts from Utica New York on one tank of gas it was amazing.

I’ll let you know when it gets broke in!

I only have 179,000 miles on it. No major repairs, runs like a top, economical, comfortable, and you can’t believe what I truck around in it!! During the Michigan winters it almost plows snow it’s so good!! IPractically the “super car”.

I keep thinking I'll switch, but then nothing measures up to the CRV

This is not my first CRV- I buy them new and drive them until it's no longer cost effective. Coming up on 10 years with this car, and I'm older, thought I wanted something cushier, or sportier, or something. I've been looking around for a year, test driven Subaru, Jeep, Mitsubishi, and am now decided on keeping this car for another 2 years and getting another new CRV. Cant be the cost, AWD, dependability, and gas mileage. A cheap and easy keeper.
