Couldn't use the car. No appointment. They took me right in and had car fixed in an hour. Always happy with the service I receive.

incompetence
this place really really has some incompetent people taking care of the service, timing issues, parts missing, scheduling trouble, lack of professional service, they just forget to change your oil when your main reason of visit is an oil change, they fail to communicate , horrendous

Second Oil Change Service
Took my SantaFe Sport in for my fourth oil change. We did the standard oil change, plus replaced the cabin air filter. After showing me the filter, I did agree that it should be replaced. Also recommended a tire rotation as tires are expensive. Over all, happy with the service department.
