Excellent every time
I choose to drive one hour from Jacksonville to get my oil change and other car services here. Not because of free sodas, comfortable armchairs, tv in the waiting room or quick service. It's the friendly and experienced staff that treat me so well and don't rip me of on selling me products and services I don't need. Thank you for your integrity and great service!

St. Augustine Hyundai offers prompt, quality and courteous service! They regularly send coupons that we can use for discounts on service. I especially like having my car washed. It's practically the only time it gets washed!!

Good Job. Very courteous. Just seems like 2 hours is too long for an oil change and then to ask if I want tires rotated and rattle in passenger seat addressed, car washed. I think if you told me that it would take that long, I would make arrangements. I have a hard time just seating waiting for 3 hours there. This is the 3rd time doing this. I never waited over an hour at the Kia dealership for the same services.

Thank you for taking the time to share your service experience with us. My sincere apologies for the uncharacteristic level of service you received when dropping off your Sonata. That Monday, June 12th, we were unprepared and that is my personal fault. Our morning shift opener had a family emergency and was unable to open the service department for the service advisors as usual and I was unable to receive his message that morning or I would have come in to assist with our morning rush. Again I am sorry that we inconvenienced you and hope our past performance will have you return for your next service. I am making notes in your service file for your next oil change service to be charged to me and I am confident we can provide you with the service we pride ourselves on. I discovered a chip in my windshield and the service rep told me that my insurance company had to fix it at no cost to me...that it was FL law. I had no idea and followed her suggestion. It was taken care of very promptly. Thanks, Cheryl!
