Thank you for your rating and review. We understand your frustration and apologize for your inconvenience. Unfortunately, after contacting Hyundai Corporate on your behalf, we were not able to convince the manufacturer to honor your request because of the warranty expiration. We never want to give the customer bad news and least of all when we’re not the reason for the refusal. We again apologize and hope we can earn your business in the future.

Daniel GoodwinThank you for your rating and review. Thank you for the suggestion; actually, we just implemented last week a new service program that will be allowing us to do just as you described. Unfortunately the implementation process will take several months and we should be fully operational with service drive tablets by fall. This will indeed allow us to show every customer what is wrong - from worn wipers and brake pads to a screw in the sidewall of a tire.
We hope to have the new tool soon and part of our every day process. If we can do anything, don't hesitate to ask... we're here to help!
