New Battery
I have always received exceptional service and very friendly staff. I needed a new battery and the service team fit me in at the last minute, even though it was late in the day. I did not have to worry about my car not starting the next day, when I had to go to work. I was very thankful!

Good Quality, but need to return calls
The quality of service, and the caliber of staff is exceptional. I am disappointed, however, that you are so busy, returning phone calls is deemed unnecessary.

Our new vehicle needed a part which had to be ordered. Dealership gave us a car to use while waiting for part. Took a month, but we final,y have our car. Service manager was extremely nice as was our salesman.

As noted before Manny who originally called and spoke with me about additional work needs to listen to customers explanations before saying you need work done . I came to pick up my car which was about 10 to 15 mins before closing . Went inside took care of payment for the couple of things I needed done. When I was finished Heidi asked if I saw my car which was parked in holding area I said yes and I went and retrieved my car which I thought was out of the norm due to my car always being brought up to the front like always.

There were additional things that were brought to my attention which a couple I agreed to be done! But to have $1000.00 additional work that needed to be done was a bit much due to a warranty repair that I was having done to begin with. This was the first time in my 16 years in coming to your facility that I was a little disappointed in the quality of work performed this visit. I understand that we are in trying times but just thought due to having the vehicle for that period of time would have been more satisfactory.

Great dealership
I was having issues with my older Tucson so I went to look at a used sonata and they helped me stay at my old payment which was crazy to me and I got gap insurance and waranty and 24 months free service. It helped me so much especially having a toddler being at my previous payment was a must. The service center was super fast they had the record of my free service when I bought the car and I spent a total of 5 minutes at the dealership. Dropped it off and they gave me my paperwork and keys once I walked back in to pick up. Fastest service I’ve ever had!

Corroded Battery Terminal--resolved
Jessica called me & listened to my concern about the situation. She understood how I was feeling about the service last performed on my vehicle. She told me they would replace the "factory" part for me if I wish to come back in. Although we have fixed the part ourselves we may still take her up on the offer. Just to have the "dealer" part.
I feel she understood my frustration with this matter and with the advisor's lack of availability for me, the customer.
She can not fix the problem if she is not aware there is one.
