Love the Sunday service option
I was able to get an appointment within four days of calling and had a choice of either Saturday or Sunday. I used the Sunday service due to the discount. The oil change and tire rotation took less than an hour. Definitely better service than Paradise Chevrolet, appointment availability, customer service, and time it took.

Customer Service from my advisor was great. The whole department has changed recently and the vibe is not the same. They charge you to check for warranty issues.

I love my Hyundai Veloster!
I moved to the boonies. I was closer to Hemet Hyundai. I went, they were nice. The service writer asked me to give him a good review. The next time I called he was rude. Temecula took me back. Steve was wonderful. You are far from me. But I'll never take the Veloster anywhere else again. Just one thing, the tow service was not free, and they didn't bring a flatbed. They destroyed my rear tire. I will only use AAA from now on. Thank God I had the tire insurance. The car runs great,and looks like new. It was happy to be home.

Oil Change
I came in for an oil change and asked specifically for my tire pressure to be checked and windshield fluid to be filled. When I got in my car I noticed the tire pressure had not been checked so, I had to drive back to the dealership to have it done. Also, when I got home I noticed the wiper fluid was not filled. I am disappointed that these items were overlooked (even though my service paper said they had been completed). From my understanding they were short staffed that day so, I understand but I left my car there overnight which was plenty of time to make sure the vehicle was serviced properly. Great friendly staff, just wish they had done a better job and completing everything they promised.

I would like to start off by apologizing for the inconvenience on your last visit. It is not normal practice for us to leave tire pressure unchecked and also washer fluid. Very friendly service
Took my car in to get it serviced as I noticed there was an oil leak. When I arrived to Temecula Hyundai I was greeted in a friendly manner. The sales staff was also very friendly as they made conversation with me while I waited. Although we did not find what was the cause of the leakage, the service department told me that they put a dye in the oil to see where the leak was coming from and to take it in the next time I do an oil change. Very friendly service.
