I got there early, but was served immediately. Replaced filters, washed car and vacuumed front mats, but didn't do the back seat.

Our apologies, in order to provide a timely complimentary service wash, only the front seating area is vacuumed. If you would like the rear vacuumed, please just mention it to your service consultant at time of service write up and it would be our pleasure to have it completed.
