Overall, the inside was great. People were friendly and sincerely wanted to help. However, the issue I have is when I feel as if I am any other customer. Unfortunately, I was over charged for my repair by over 200 dollars. I could not go to a different person because they MAKE you put down a 100 dollar non refundable deposit. So, they can really charge whatever they want without consequence. Not to mention, the next day I am woken up to a representative calling me to ask to be put into a 2018 Sonata. In my opinion, completely rude and inconsiderate since I expressed these concerns with my advisor. I'm sure other people have had great experiences. I unfortunately cannot say that.
