Careful of the up-sell
Good service but they can run up a bill on those who don’t know any better. My son (who should know better but didn’t) got a scheduled oil change and allowed the service writer to up-sell the service totaling in excess of $700.00. Brake fluids, engine flush, …… 2019 Veloster with approximately 40k miles.

You have been warned.

Rescore!!
I only did this just because Rich who was at the service desk did his best to take care of me being very limited on help. But this location will have to build my trust back in order for me to truly change my opinion on the service and reputation of this establishment. That's something I will not rescore!!!

Poor first impression
Lack of acknowledgement from the very beginning really derailed this experience. I stepped out of my vehicle and waited over 2 minutes in front of 3 associates behind desks to even acknowledge me. And the first person to acknowledge me simply said that one of the advisors would be eventually with me. It felt like the advisors ignored me for 5 minutes or longer (they left their desks to go to the shop- again without any acknowledgement) before coming back to greet me.

I was offered a shuttle service and Josh personally drove me back and forth. He was very professional, courteous and sincere.

Unfortunately, when I received my vehicle back, I felt disappointed as it wasn’t even vacuumed- I guess I expected too much.

Good. Cust Serv...Just need more help
Rich was nice patient and very helpful. There needs to be a lot of fine tuning and paying attention to detail when it comes to the maintenance quality on servicing vehicles. Since Covid things have slipped a lot. But overall, I think the front line team do the best they can with what they have.

Simple Easy Car Buying and Care
Bought my first car here and they made it super simple and easy. Within a few hours I was on the road. I come back every time my car is due for service, and they have done exceptional work to make sure it’s taken care of and will last for years to come. Staff are always wonderful and work hard.

Sales and service both excellent
In the past year I have purchased two Hyundai Tucson’s from St Charles Hyundai. The sales team is easy to deal with as is the service department. I’ve only needed routine oil changes so far and they always get me in and out quickly. Special thanks to Andreas in sales and Rick in service for a great experience in both your departments.

I only had one problem, I got a text message saying I missed my appointment for 3am. Umm not open at 3am. Lol I also didn’t get a sticker saying when my next oil change is.

Work was finally performed after an additional explanation of the possible symptoms by me. I pretty much had to diagnose the problem before they would work on the vehicle since the warranty wouldn’t pay for time to investigate. The repairs only lasted 3 days then reappeared.
