Very slow service!
This is the second time the service here has disappointed me. I have owned 3 Hyundais from two different dealers. The one in Wisconsin is great. This one isn't. Last year it took me close to 2 hours just to get an oil change. When I left a critical review, the new service manager called me, apologized, and said he would put a note in my record that my next oil change would be at no charge. I told him he didn't have to do that, but thanked him nonetheless. When I went back recently for the second oil change the tech told me no such thing was in the record. Obviously either he, or the service manager, wasn't being honest with me. They then proceeded to take almost 2 hours again, for a simple oil change. They blamed it on Covid-19, but that doesn't explain why the first one, about a year earlier, took the same amount of time. They're just very slow. I prefer to have my dealer service the car I bought from them, but I'll have to find a reliable oil change place to handle this relatively simple task in a reasonable amount of time.

Excellent service made easy
We needed service for our 15,000 mile checkup prior to going up north. During this pandemic and not wanting any personal contact, Tamiami Hyundai make it easy and timely.

My first service at Hyundai
No waiting, quick and very professional. I just finished coffee, told hi to my sales person and my car had the first 3,000 miles service done. Service person went with me over the list what was done and gave me back keys from my freshly washed car. Awesome ???

SERVICE/PARTS REVIEW
Very happy with this dealership. Purchased a 2020 Hyundai Tucson, very happy with our sales person, as well as with the Service Department for getting our trailer hitch installed. Parts Department was great in getting the rear cargo cover for us. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Cordial and accommodating
Went in for my first oil change for my new 2020 Tucson. The service was accommodating and professional. Wait time was minimal and the waiting room is very nice and comfortable with wifi access, if you need it. I also needed to replace a tire damaged by road hazard. A brand new matching tire was available the very next day! You might think these tasks are an annoying interruption of your day, but Tamiami Hyundai service department kept it quite cordial.

Great service.
I wenr in for an oil change about a week ago. At that time, I told them about the digital display on the radio. I was told that the part needed to be ordered. I got a call todayand they took me right away. I enjoyed their massage chair for about an hour and walked out without a charge... It was all under warantee.

Back up camera Intermittently not working
So far I’ve had to bring my car in 4 times in the last year for the same safety related issue, and it’s still not fixed.
