Door wouldn't open in read

Unfortunately, I brought in car and they said it would need a part. They called me two weeks later and set up appointment. I took car in, I sat for two hours, finally took Uber home and back. They had not fixed the door, the part was not there. I think they must have given it to someone else. If they called to set up appointment, they must have had the part.
