A friendly and professional place

My wife and I found Earnhardt Hyundai by accident. We were driving in the area and decided to stop in for some information. We found the sales personnel to be friendly and knowledgeable about their product. We had been to other dealerships and were very disappointed. A week or so later, we were ready to buy and we returned to Earnhardt Hyundai. We live in Alamogordo New Mexico, a two day drive.
I wanted the first servicing of our new car done where we bought it, and we did. The service department was just as good as the sales department. I keep looking for something to complain about, but to date, I can't anything.

MAINTENANCE OF MY VEHICLE

As always, the service/maintenance of my Tucson was super. Norm, the Service Rep, was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining what was due for maintenance on my 2016 Tucson. Though turn around time for the maintenance on my vehicle was a bit slow the day I brought my Tucson in for service, I tolerated the waiting time because of the relaxing atmosphere and bagels in the waiting area. The only down side to my experience was the poor (I would say VERY POOR job done on washing my vehicle after it was serviced. Frankly if you're going to offer the "Car Washing Service", then for cry'in out loud....do a good job. Gee, a quarter of the Tucson wasn't even washed and I'm not sure the dog gone vehicle was even wiped down.)
But as always, the important part of this visit....maintenance of my Tucson, was done in a professional fashion.

I just had a small thing to fix, but was time sensitive. I just stopped in to see if they might be able to fit me in. Frank was great and gave me an idea of how long it would take and hit that time on the nail! These guys are great!

Very Good Experience Overall

Made an appointment for this service, the first for my 2018 Santa Fe. Service was busy that day so it took a while to get my car in. Was grateful that they washed my car as part of the service but that added more time than I expected. I like that they have coffee and pastries available.

Quick and easy

I came in for recall service and the service man noticed there were two that I was eligible for and they both very quickly. The waiting area was comfortable and refreshments were provided. All staff were friendly and helpful.
