Our records only indicate that this was your first visit here in 90,000+ miles on your Santa Fe.  In addition to two older small recalls, we peformed extensive air conditioning and computer diagnosis all at no charge to you as a goodwill "Welcome to Earnhardt" gesture.

Our intention was to take extraordinary care of you, your vheicle, and your concerns.  We are sorry we missed the mark.  We will be in touch.

The friendly waiting room and Great Staff
It's so pleasant to sit and wait for my car....including the bagels, cream cheese, muffins and coffee!! Thanks for making an expensive visit very comfortable....and Kudos to your check in staff. Mine was perfect!

Everyone is very friendly and clean building
It would be nice if I can receive parts that wasn't damaged so I don't have to keep coming back for the same problem talkin about my reverse tail light lens it's been a hassle so far

We're right there with you, sometimes we want to shake the person on the other send of the boxes that come our way and ask if they are possibly serious sending that part in that box.  We keep pushing and things have improved, but we're sorry we've had issues with the tailights.

Brought in my car for 1 recall and oil/lube on a Saturday. Was informed there was actually another recall I wasn`t aware of. Representative gave me a coupon fir the oil change ?. Car was ready in a much shorter time than promised. Very happy with the service!
