I very much appreciate that the gentleman I dealt with when I had my car serviced, explained everything that had been done, clearly, courteously, and without me getting the feeling that he was talking down at me, or just skimping over things. As a woman, I have had the other kind of treatment often enough, also at this location at times over the past years. Unfortunately I don't remember his name.
Nobody was there when I got there for my appointment and made me late for work

Every time I have been in for my regularly scheduled maintenance I am always impressed with the quality of service and the excellent customer service I receive. They are always extremely kind, helpful and not pushy like some service places!
These guys were able to bring me home and pick me up while my car was being worked on. I was expecting to wait in the lobby. Also, they've kept my old car running for me because I'm so attached to her. I will definitely buy a new one from them when the time comes.
