Service is excellent
From the time I walked in the door until I left I was treated with top notch customer service. The service was prompt, affordable, I was offered coffee, the agent explained what was done to my car. I love the service I receive at Joplin Fletcher Hyundai!

Took mu Santa Fe in for 60,000 mile service. Everything checked out OK. Got fluids changed, tires rotated, injectors cleaned. Took about 2 1/2 hrs. Everything looked good.

Best customer service I've ever experienced
My Tuscan had just under 5000 miles on it so I scheduled it for its first oil change. When I took it in they checked and said that because of the type of oil it uses it didn't require an oil change until it reached 7000 miles. Obviously I drove it a couple thousand more miles before getting the oil changed. I was thrilled that they told me this rather than just doing the work that I had scheduled and not telling me that I could wait and save money!! Not many places would do that these days...

Service department was so great!!
I had my car serviced on Monday. Michael Sari took my car back to be serviced. He explained in detail how my car looked! He went over the service invoice with me. I took my car to the service department in January. For some reason I wasn't working the wipers right! They were do nice to me and very kindly showed me what I was doing wrong. Long story short I won't that my car anywhere to be serviced!!
