Service is excellent, exemplified by Service Advisor, Mario Macias
My husband & I have owned several Hyundais & we have always been extremely happy with the vehicles & especially the service at San Tan Hyundai. We have dealt with a number of Service Advisors over the years, but we both totally agree that Service Advisor, Mario Macias, is the epitome of a first-rate, top-notch staff person in this capacity. Mario is a distinct asset to San Tan Hyundai. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles & services needed; extremely polite & courteous; a true customer-service oriented individual who always keeps the customers abreast of what is going on. Mario is truly a delight to deal with. We give our highest praise to Mario & don't know what we would do without him. Thank you, Mario, & we just hope that you receive the appropriate remuneration & commendation from the management staff. We greatly appreciate you.

Great fast quality service & a service staff that makes you feel welcomed.
Mario, our service advisor was great! He got us in & out quickly & took the time to listen to our reason for bringing the car in. He made us feel appreciated.

I normally come in the morning but had a 130 appt with mario it was so fast . Mario is a great service advisor always shakes my hand ask how things are going and is always up front. It makes my trips there very calm Thanks Mario keep up the great service

August service appointment
Went in for oil change and technician discovered front windshield seal had popped out. Technician spoke to site windshield repair company who took the time to look at and fix. Saved me from having to make additional appointment. Service area was busy but they managed to get car completed before estimated time which was appreciated.

Outstanding Dealership and Maintenance Team !
While I was there getting a variety of maintenance work completed, which I felt would take much longer, it surprised me when Mario told me my vehicle was ready. I have to say that the donuts & coffee in the morning didn't hurt either. And further joy when I realized that they had washed my dusty car from the last storm!
